Size & Washing Instructions

All Knap'man products are made with state-of-the-art materials and should be handled with care.

What size should I choose?
The sizes of the Knap'man items are comparable with standard underwear sizes. In the case of well-developed upper leg muscles where the circumference of the upper leg is quite large, we advise compression shorts/pants one size larger than the standard underwear size.
In case of doubt, the size charts below can be used. These are also shown alongside the products on the website.

How do I wash Knap'man compression wear?
The compression wear can be machine washed, but only following these instructions:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron

The Knap'man compression wear has built-in silver ions which have an antibacterial action and which neutralize odors.

Order Status

How long will it be before I receive my order?
Our storage is currently located in The Netherlands. Shipping to North America usually takes up to 7 business days. When you choose for express delivery, your order should arrive in 1 to 3 business days. We are currently in the process of setting up our offices in North America, so we hope to be able to provide next-day delivery soon.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us via phone or email immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal in North America. If you prefer another payment method, please contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

What do you charge for shipping an order?

Shipping to the US is $12.50. This applies to all package sizes.

How can I track my order?
As soon as we dispatched your order, we will send you an email with a track and trace code, which allows you to see your order status.

Returns and Exchanges

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

If you receive an item from us, we ask you to handle it with the utmost care. With every order, you will receive clear instructions as to how the garments should be worn and how the garments should be treated. We request that you read and follow these instructions. We cannot exchange or accept returned items that are damaged due to incorrect care.

In addition, we kindly advise you to wear your own underwear under our shorts when you fit our shorts for the first time. If an item does not fit properly or if the item does not meet your expectations, the item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Returns mist be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

Within what time period can I return an order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Knap'man you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
As a Knap'man customer you have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please give us a call or send us an email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. An exchange also requires a return of the original order, so feel free to follow the instructions on how to process a return.

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
The postage costs and postage risks involved in a return are the buyer's responsibility. In case of an exchange, we will cover the delivery costs of the exchanged item for the first exchange only.

Does Knap'man compression clothing have a warranty?
Our products have a 3-month warranty. The receipt you receive per email after placing an order is also your warranty. 

What is not covered by the warranty?
Defects that are clearly caused by careless treatment of the garments cannot be refunded.

Sales Tax

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
We don't, yet! Knap'man is registered in The Netherlands. According to the Dutch law, we don't need to charge sales tax to both businesses and consumers outside of the European Union. However, we are in the process of registering our business in the USA, which means we will soon need to follow the US law. Save money and order now!
